It is raised ceramic and stands out slightly from the white vase. I could not find anything like it on the internet. It may be one of a kind artist created. It is not signed. It measures a little over 8" tall, 8" wide and 3" wide...the mouth opening is elongated and narrow. It is a thin vase and has a VERY shiny finish.
