CAPODIMONTE PAINTED PORCELAIN BUD VASE UNDERGLAZE BLUE MARKS DATES 1771-1834 The first use of the Neapolitan “N” topped with a 5-point crown (coronet) was in 1771. Spanish King Ferdinand I had a Royal Factory built in Naples, and even though it was not completed until 1772, the blue “N” and crown were used for production pieces made that year in the Spanish Factory. They continued to be used after the manufacturing process moved back to Naples. They were used until 1834. The vase looks amazing. It has a tiny chip in the rim. and only one of the flower petals is chipped (please see all photos) Vase in 7" tall with 3D pink flowers all around the vase.
